RollerCoin burning event: what to burn and what to keep

RollerCoin burning event: what to burn and what to keep
Art: RollTheCal.

In the burning event you trade miners and racks for points and Event Coins. It looks simple, but burning cannot be undone, and a bad choice can cost more power than the reward is worth. This guide shows how to decide with numbers. The latest example is Harvest Pyre, from October 29 to November 2, 2026.

How the event works

The measure that matters: points per Eh/s

Looking only at points is misleading. A miner with a lot of points may be exactly the one you will miss most. To compare, divide the points by the power lost:

Points per Eh/s = item points ÷ item power in Eh/s

Here is an example with hypothetical numbers (real values change with each event):

ItemPowerPointsPoints per Eh/sDecision
Miner A1 Eh/s200200Burn first
Miner B500 Ph/s80160Burn later
Miner C2 Eh/s250125Avoid
Stored rackno power50freeBurn before all

Miner C gives the most points in absolute terms, but costs far more power per point. And a rack stored in your inventory does not change your league power, so its points come for free.

Recommended burn order

  1. Spare racks you do not plan to use.
  2. Copies without bonus that do not fit in your room.
  3. Inventory miners without bonus, starting with the best points per Eh/s.
  4. Copies of bonus miners, always keeping at least one.
  5. Room miners: only as a last resort, after measuring what the league loses.

What to protect

The biggest mistake is burning the only copy of a bonus miner. Remember the math: 1% bonus is worth 1% of the power of all miners in the room. In a room with 5 Eh/s of miner power, a 2% miner is worth 100 Ph/s from its bonus alone, even if its own power is small. See how bonus works.

It is also worth protecting miners you may still merge. Burning today can block a merge that would give far more later.

How to plan a store purchase

  1. Write down the item's price in Event Coins.
  2. Subtract the Event Coins you already have.
  3. Add items in order of points per Eh/s until you reach what is missing.
  4. Divide the number of items by 6 to see how many burns you need.
  5. Ask whether the item is worth more than the power lost. If it adds less than you burned, it does not pay off.

Do the math in the calculator

The 🔥 Queima (Burn) tab of the RollTheCal calculator does this work. Paste your inventory in the Inventory tab, type the points of each item and set your goal. It looks for the combination that reaches the target losing the least power, shows points per Eh/s and calculates what is missing to buy a store item. It also supports keeping one copy of each bonus miner.

Before clicking Start: check in the game that the items are the right ones. The site helps you decide, but you are the one who confirms the burn.
