Jack O’Mine: RollerCoin's new Halloween hamster

RollerCoin launched Jack O’Mine, a pumpkin-headed hamster that completes The Night Shift Set, together with SOLaire and Lady Minerra. He arrives in the Heads Will Roll event, from October 20 to 26.

Jack's stats
| Stat | Value |
|---|---|
| 💪 Strength | 60 |
| ❤️ Health | 70 |
| 🍀 Luck | 90 |
Overcharged Ultimate: up to +75% Extra Loot
The highlight is the Overcharged Ultimate. Instead of a single effect, it has three tiers. Each hour of an Expedition's original duration gives Jack 1 charge point:
| Tier | Effect | Charge required |
|---|---|---|
| I | +25% Extra Loot | 18 points |
| II | +50% Extra Loot | 24 points |
| III | +75% Extra Loot | 30 points |
- Only complete tiers count: 29 points still give Tier II.
- Tiers don't stack: Tier III gives +75%, not 25 + 50 + 75.
- You activate it manually before the Expedition; once activated, you can't cancel it or keep charging.
- After the Expedition where you used the Ultimate, the charge resets to zero. Speeding up the Expedition gives no extra charge.
- The first time you get Jack, his Ultimate comes fully charged at Tier III.
Skip Rest Chest: hamsters rest less
The Skip Rest Chest passive adds, after a successful Expedition, a chest with Skip Rest Items (the “Energy Drink”) to the next Expedition. These items cut your hamsters' rest time. For now, Jack is the only way to get them. See how the Skip Rest Item works.
Is tier III worth the wait? The charge math
Each charge point yields more at higher tiers. Dividing the extra loot by the points spent:
| Tier | Charge | Extra loot | Loot per point | 12 h Expeditions |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| I | 18 | +25% | 1.39% | 2 |
| II | 24 | +50% | 2.08% | 2 |
| III | 30 | +75% | 2.50% | 3 |
The conclusion is direct: tier I is the least efficient. With 12-hour Expeditions, two runs already give 24 points, so you never stop at 18, and tier II arrives at practically the same time. With 36 points, two uses of tier I add up to +50% in total, while one use of tier III gives +75% with only 30 points. Only use tier I if the Expedition is very good or time is running out.
Since speeding up an Expedition gives no extra charge, charge comes from its original duration. Players on short Expeditions need more runs to reach the same tier.
Passive abilities
Besides Skip Rest Chest, the official sheet lists Influencer +20% and Overtime Duty +25%. The Skip Rest chest only appears after a successful Expedition, so a failure also costs you the item.
The Night Shift Set

|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Any 2 | 5 RLT | +10% |

RollTheCal tips
- Use the free Tier III first: since it comes fully charged, save it for a long Expedition with good loot.
- Long Expeditions charge faster: each hour of original duration is worth 1 point, so a 12-hour Expedition already gives 12 points.
- Think about the full set: with SOLaire, Lady Minerra and Jack, The Night Shift Set reaches +25% Extra Loot.
- The event lasts only a week: check the time left in the events box on the home page.
